York Wedding Network was proudly founded in 2025 by Robert Harrison Photography, with a simple mission in mind:

Those three words sit at the heart of everything we do. We believe that when local wedding businesses support each other, amazing things happen — better connections, stronger referrals, more confidence, and ultimately, happier couples.

The wedding industry is full of incredible talent, but networking spaces can often feel… well, a bit much. From awkward table introductions to forced 60-second pitches, traditional networking doesn’t always create genuine relationships.

That’s why York Wedding Network was launched — a relaxed, friendly, no-pressure space for wedding suppliers in York and across Yorkshire to meet, chat, and build real connections.

No membership fees.
No hidden costs.
No formal scripts.
And absolutely no sitting around a table trying to remember your elevator pitch.
